Break the weight is designed to reprogram the way you think, eat, and move when it comes to your daily habits. The program allows you connect with yourself on a deeper level so you better understand your emotional connection with food and everyday routines. Change can often feel overwhelming which is exactly why we take each week as it comes and focus on small and sustainable goals. The break the weight system was created to provide structure, accountability and movement to your daily routine.

The program is 6 weeks, but the most successful clients are the ones that stick with this program for at least 6 months  to a year. We’re trying to create LONG-TERM success with your NEW lifestyle and make sure that you finally keep the weight off.  Change takes TIME and commitment, so it’s really important that you understand that this is no quick fix.
